We are seeking a client-facing Account Manager / Project Manager who will act as the main communication link between our internal team and clients, ensuring projects remain on track, deliverables are completed on time, and clients feel confident and informed throughout the process.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication and relationships.
* Keep projects organized and progressing by ensuring all deliverables (ads, funnels, automations, reports) meet deadlines.
* Handle client questions and requests, route them to the appropriate team members, and follow up until completion.
* Create and maintain project trackers, timelines, and summaries using tools like ClickUp, Notion, or HubSpot.
* Schedule and lead client check-ins, status updates, and post-mortems.
* Monitor KPIs and coordinate with media buyers, designers, and developers to achieve goals.
* Anticipate issues before they escalate, maintaining proactive and effective communication with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4+ years of account or project management experience in an agency or marketing environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to keep messages clear and professional.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Google Drive, Slack, and Unbounce is a plus.
* A proactive problem-solver who identifies gaps and takes initiative.
* Ability to translate complex client feedback or data into actionable next steps for internal teams.
