✅ Requirements 🚀 You should be able to understand and produce long and complex texts and speeches with detailed descriptions in English. 🚀 The salary base is 4 M COP. However, there are commissions of up to 2.5 M COP more. 🚀 Although the position is hybrid, the candidate must live in Bogotá. 🚀 The candidate must have worked as a Sales development representative, or similar roles, in a fast-growth startup. This is a mandatory requirement. 🚀 The candidate must have experience as a Sales or Business developer representative, minimum 1 year. 🚀 The candidate must have a junior profile. 🚀 Due to a cultural requirement, the candidate must have been born in Colombia. 🚀 The candidate has experience working remotely. 🚀 The candidate must have experience prospecting clients through calls, email, and Whatsapp. 🚀 The candidate must have experience making cold calls. 🚀 The candidate has a background in sales. The professional genome in Torre will be reviewed to check the experience. 🚀 The candidate must have as a minimum 1 experience selling software B2B. 🚀 The candidate has as a minimum 1 experience working in a startup. ✅ Responsibilities 🚀 Hunting: Search for new business opportunities in social networks, active customer referrals and mail marketing campaigns. 🚀 Client qualification: We have been able to have a first approach to prospects to evaluate if they fit our solutions. 🚀 Scheduling: You should schedule meetings with our sales representatives to continue the business process. 🚀 Market feedback: Use to obtain and record any pertinent information on improvements that the market may be demanding. - Blended uses Agile Recruitment for its selection processes.
