The Art Director helps bring our brand’s vision to life through direct response and OLV TVC execution. You are a creative that can flex between both big picture and smaller details, and are proactive and excited to drive the evolution of the Hims & Hers brand. You should feel comfortable creating storyboards, 3D briefs, as well as communicating design direction for motion artists. Motion graphics experience is a requirement. Responsibilities: - Partner with a team and use an existing library of video footage to create direct response DR and OLV TVCs at a rapid pace - Be able to brief 3D artists as well as put together quick prototypes to show the motion designer what needs to be done - Be able to iterate on different ideas quickly across many product categories on our platform (both Hims and Hers brands) - Understanding of Post production workflows in relation to tight project timelines - Communicate a vision for a look and feel of a creative brief. Conceptual thinking is a must, we need someone who can problem solve and bring new ideas to the table - Ability to use data, insights and past creative iterations as an input for the creative process - Output deliverables that depict an elevated look, feel and tone for TVCs - Partner with a team of copywriters, ACDs, producers and video editors to deliver effective creative - Ensure all projects meet or exceed high creative standards
