We're looking for an experienced Jira Administrator to join our team and drive enterprise-wide workflow automation and AI-enabled process innovation.Key Responsibilities:Administer and optimize Jira Cloud environmentsDesign and implement advanced workflows and automationDevelop integrations using ScriptRunner (Groovy), Python, and REST APIsConnect Jira with platforms such as GitHub, ServiceNow, Jama, and other enterprise systemsBuild and operationalize AI-assisted workflows, including intelligent triage, automated routing, and context-aware recommendationsPartner with AI teams to enable agentic automation within JiraWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of Jira Administration experience (Cloud preferred)Deep expertise in workflows, schemes, permissions, and Jira AutomationStrong scripting skills in Groovy, Python, or similar technologiesExperience with REST API integrations and enterprise toolchainsAbility to support large-scale, multi-team Jira environmentsPreferred:Experience with AI-driven workflow automationUnderstanding of Agentic AI, LLM integrations, and prompt engineeringExposure to Agile/SAFe delivery environments
