MUST HAVE: Active LinkedIn Profile About the Role: - We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in building AI-powered market research tools for enterprise clients. - As a key technical leader, you will drive impactful projects from conception to deployment, working with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project development, collaborating closely with product managers to align technical solutions with business needs. - Design and build scalable systems, working with large datasets and a service-oriented architecture. - Contribute to system-level design and architectural decisions, innovating on our tech stack. - Mentor and guide other engineers through technical leadership and collaboration. - Develop high-performing, full-stack applications using Python/Django on the backend and React on the frontend. Must-Have Qualifications: - 5-8 years of full-stack software engineering experience, with a strong focus on Python/Django and React. - Proven experience working with large, complex data sets. - Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibility and leadership in previous roles. - Strong expertise in system design for large-scale infrastructure. - Clear and concise communication skills, essential for effective collaboration in a remote-first environment. - Ability to take initiative and demonstrate strong end-to-end project ownership. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - Experience at a Series B or similar stage startup. - Background as a founding engineer or in early-stage startup environments.
