We are a real, established brand with a large product catalog, strong sales channels, and a growing team. We are looking for someone who can help us make our internal reporting and workflows faster, cleaner, and more organized through Google Sheets automation. About the Role: We are looking for a Google Sheets Automation Specialist who is very skilled with spreadsheets, formulas, dashboards, and automating manual work. This role is for someone who enjoys taking messy data, repetitive reporting tasks, and manual spreadsheet processes and turning them into clean, simple, automated systems. You will help our team build and improve Google Sheets that are used for reporting, tracking, operations, sales analysis, inventory, finance, and other business functions. Responsibilities: - Build and improve Google Sheets reports and trackers. - Create advanced formulas, lookup systems, pivot tables, filters, and dashboards. - Automate repetitive spreadsheet tasks. - Clean up messy data and make reports easier to understand. - Connect data between multiple Google Sheets. - Create simple dashboards for managers and executives. - Use Google Apps Script when needed. - Help reduce manual copy-paste work. - Create clear instructions so team members can use the sheets properly. - Troubleshoot broken formulas, slow sheets, and reporting errors. - Work with team members to understand what data they need and how the sheet should function. Requirements: - Google Sheets. - Advanced formulas. - Data cleanup and organization. - Pivot tables. - Conditional formatting. - Dashboard creation. - Google Apps Script. - Importing, linking, or organizing data across multiple sheets. - Building reports that are simple for non-technical people to use. Experience with any of the following is a plus: - Looker Studio. - AppSheet. - Zapier. - Make.com. - Google Forms. - Amazon Seller Central reports. - E-commerce reporting. - Inventory, sales, or finance dashboards. - AI tools such as ChatGPT for spreadsheet work or automation. Who We Are Looking For: - Very detail-oriented. - Strong with logic and problem-solving. - Good at organizing information. - Able to understand business needs, not just build formulas. - Comfortable asking questions to clarify the desired result. - Able to explain technical things in simple language. - Reliable, responsive, and responsible. - Interested in improving systems, not just completing tasks. Sample Projects: - Automating a weekly sales report. - Building a Google Sheet dashboard for department KPIs. - Creating a product tracker that pulls data from different tabs. - Cleaning up a finance or inventory report. - Creating alerts or status indicators inside Google Sheets. - Turning a manual copy-paste process into an automated workflow. - Building a simple executive dashboard from raw data.
