About the roleRole- Senior Salesforce Developer/LeadLocations: RemoteExperience: 5 to 8 YearsNotice Period-ImmediateNumber of positions - 01Primary SkillsSalesforce Admin, Apex, LWC, Integration, TriggersResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, develop, and customize Salesforce.com modules.Embrace and adhere to IT standards, processes, and methodologies.Contribute to continual improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce platform.Support Salesforce platform optimizations and introduce new features.Ensure data security by managing profiles, permissions, roles, and sharing rules for internal and external users.Develop and work with Force.com Apex (Apex classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex) and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.Work on integrations using REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, and Platform Events; use Force.com API; write SOQL and SOSL.Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including workflow, process builder, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.Perform Salesforce data migration using tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, and Mass Delete.Troubleshoot Salesforce platform issues including sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, and callouts.Manage CI/CD DevOps and release workflows using tools such as GitHub and Copado; promote changes through GIT & Copado.Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer.Work in an Agile project team environment.Collaborate with product owners and business partners.Coordinate with administrators, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development and customization.Improve development processes, coding standards, and tools.Work comfortably with ambiguity and with minimal guidance.Nice to have / PreferredSalesforce CPQ experience is nice to have.Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications preferred.
