What you will do:Set a single design direction and evolve the design system: #UI, #UX patterns, character visual style, generated content, animation and UX copy.Lead the design team, build the processes and the cross-functional work with product, analytics, marketing and engineering.Turn research, user interviews and support insights into concrete roadmap initiatives aligned with business priorities.What is required:3+ years leading a design team of 3 or more in B2C daily-use products — AI companions, social, dating, health & fitness, edtech, messengers; products with 2M+ MAU or $50M+ in revenue.Cases with measurable design impact on metrics: what you changed, why, and how it moved CR, retention or LTV — with before and after numbers.Strong product design expertise: UX, UI, user flows, information architecture, prototyping; confident in #Figma; experience building and maintaining design systems.
