• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy • Source candidates using a variety of search methods, like databases, and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline. • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board. • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and conducting interviews to filter them for open positions. • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements. • Function as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. • Perform reference checks as need • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms • Manage onboarding and new hire process • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations. • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
