As a Business Analyst you will help further the success by driving product development and streamlining processes. Responsibilities will encompass creating and managing roadmaps of assigned product areas from strategic planning to tactical initiatives, you'll work closely with the technology and product leaders - facilitating collaboration between teams. You'll provide actionable insights into customer behavior and help drive innovation, supporting the CTO in various data analysis and product improvement activities. -You will be responsible for enhancing our software platform through creating analyses and collaborating with teammates. -Work with our product managers, engineers, and marketing staff on projects. -Work with the product team to rapidly improve the software to meet and exceed our clients' needs -Utilize new data sources and market trends to improve our products -Work directly with team leaders across an array of projects and functions in a fast-moving start-up environment -Track and triage all analytics requests throughout the organization Implement new BI architecture and workflows
