We are hiring: Lead DevOps Engineer.
Location: Bengaluru.
Company: An industry-leading, high-growth product company is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to build and operate infrastructure at massive scale.
Opportunity:
- If you have worked on production-grade systems, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure, this is a high-impact opportunity.
Experience: 7–10 Years.
CTC: ₹45–60 LPA.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end infrastructure (non-prod → prod).
- Build scalable, reliable, and highly available systems (99.99% uptime).
- Lead DevOps initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive observability, monitoring, and CI/CD architecture.
- Work on distributed systems, databases, and cloud scalability.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, and infra teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- 7+ years in DevOps / Infrastructure Engineering.
- Current/Recent Lead DevOps Engineer (or equivalent role).
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Terraform / IaC tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python / Go / Bash).
- Experience with MongoDB / Redis / Cassandra / Elasticsearch.
- Deep understanding of Monitoring, CI/CD, and Networking.
- Experience in product-based / startup environments.
