About the Company: Sagan represents a commercial real estate–focused organization managing a diverse property portfolio and working closely with ownership, portfolio managers, and external stakeholders to optimize lease performance and tenant outcomes. Position Overview: This role is responsible for overseeing commercial lease administration and supporting lease strategy across the portfolio. The Senior Lease Administrator / Commercial Lease Manager will manage lease documentation, support negotiations, guide portfolio stakeholders, and ensure accurate, timely communication with ownership. Key Responsibilities: Review, abstract, and manage commercial lease documents and amendments. Redline and support Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease renewals. Coordinate and participate in tenant renewal discussions and negotiations. Provide guidance and support to Portfolio Managers on lease-related matters. Maintain accurate lease data and critical dates within property management systems. Prepare summaries, insights, and updates for ownership and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with lease terms and support risk mitigation efforts. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial lease administration or property management. Strong experience reviewing leases, amendments, and LOIs. Proven ability to support or participate in lease negotiations. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Experience working with ownership or senior stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage competing priorities. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with US commercial real estate portfolios. Familiarity with lease management systems (e.g., Yardi). Prior exposure to portfolio-level reporting or advisory responsibilities.
