Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences to support enterprise data transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to gather business and data requirements.Perform current-state and future-state business process mapping and documentation.Analyze healthcare manufacturing workflows, including: Sales Operations, Campaign Management, Customer Engagement, Commercial Processes.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and data requirements.Support enterprise data model alignment and data domain identification.Work closely with Data Architects and Engineering teams to define data transformation rules.Validate data mapping, business rules, reporting requirements, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Required Skills5–7 years of Business Analyst experience in Data Transformation programs.Strong domain expertise in Healthcare Manufacturing / Life Sciences.Hands-on experience with: SAP / ERP, Salesforce CRM.Strong understanding of: Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Customer Data, Campaign Analytics.Experience in Business Process Modeling and Documentation.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional global teams.📩 Interested candidates, please share your updated resume along with: Total Experience, Relevant BA Experience, Healthcare Domain Experience, SAP/ERP Experience, Salesforce CRM Experience, Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, Current Location📧 Email: hr@hxaquantum.com
