Requirements and responsibilities

About the Role:The Role Mining Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing role-based access structures within (IGA) platforms. This role focuses on Role Mining, including evaluating existing access patterns, defining optimized roles, and ensuring compliance with organizational security policies. The engineer will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and deliver role models that enhance operational efficiency and security. Experience with Saviynt or similar IAM tools is strongly preferred.Keyskills:3–5 years of experience in Role Mining and RBAC implementation within IAM environments.Hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar IGA tools.Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for access pattern analysis.Knowledge of Identity Governance, Access Certification, and compliance frameworks.Familiarity with scripting for automation and data processing (e.g., SQL, Python).Interested candidates please share your updated resume to vineela@uvhtech.com
