Key Responsibilities:Configure PriceFX pricing rules, formulas, price lists, parameter tables, dashboards, and technical componentsSupport integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPI, Salesforce CPQ, and quoting/contract/order systemsPartner with product owners, BAs, and pricing stakeholders on user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical designsDevelop pricing solutions for Fixed Price, FPD, raw material/feed, international, and South America scenariosTroubleshoot pricing failures, performance issues, integration errors, and P1/P2 incidentsSupport integration/regression testing, deployments, cutovers, validation, and hypercareEnsure changes follow security, architecture, development, and SOX requirementsCreate runbooks, configuration notes, deployment instructions, and knowledge documentationPerform knowledge transfer to internal teamsRequired:5+ years IT delivery experience in a large enterprise3+ years PriceFX configuration, implementation, support, or technical consulting preferredPriceFX pricing rules, formulas, price lists, and dashboardsIntegration troubleshooting and root-cause analysisProduction incident management and Agile release supportStrong REST API and JSON knowledgeSAP S/4HANA OTC, SAP CPI, and Salesforce CPQ strongly preferredGroovy or JavaScript strongly preferredNice to Have:PriceFX training/certificationSAP CPI, S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ/Admin, Agile/Scrum, or API certificationsGlobal commercial pricing experience in manufacturing, chemicals, mining, fertilizers, or commodity industriesTools & Working Style:Teams, Jira/Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or equivalentComfortable working with global teams across Brazil, North America, India, and vendorsStrong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholdersOrganized and calm during production incidentsGravity IT Resources is hiring a PriceFX Specialist to support enterprise pricing processes, configure and enhance PriceFX, manage integrations, and resolve production issues affecting quoting, contracts, and order flows across North and South America.
