Role Overview:
- Provide administrative and clinical support to U.S. healthcare providers by reviewing medical records, assisting with patient communications, documenting clinical information, coordinating referrals, managing appointments, and supporting care management activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation, maintain patient confidentiality, and contribute to efficient healthcare operations in a remote setting.
Qualifications (Required):
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree.
- Must be located in Latin America.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience working with U.S. healthcare providers, patients, or healthcare systems.
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare documentation.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and clinical workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
