We’re looking for a partnership-driven professional who knows the Canadian affiliate ecosystem and can establish long-term relationships with CPA networks, publishers, and lead generation partners to drive sustainable business growth.This is a key specialist role for someone who thrives in performance marketing, enjoys building strategic partnerships, and knows how to scale affiliate channels in a competitive market.We’re looking for:3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or CPA Partnership Management;Proven experience working with the Canadian market;Strong understanding of CPA networks, affiliate ecosystems, publishers, and lead generation models;Experience building and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships;Good understanding of affiliate tracking technologies, API integrations, postbacks, attribution, and performance analytics;Knowledge of Canadian financial advertising regulations or the ability to quickly navigate and apply regulatory requirements;Fluent English communication skills.⭐ Nice to have:Experience in Payday Loans (PDL), consumer lending, or other fintech products;Existing network of Canadian affiliate partners and CPA networks;Experience working in FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, or Financial Services.✍ Your mission as Affiliate Manager:Build and scale the affiliate marketing channel in Canada;Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage CPA networks, affiliates, publishers, and lead generation partners;Develop long-term partnerships and negotiate commercial terms;Drive customer acquisition while ensuring lead quality and campaign profitability;Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including CPA, CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI;Plan and coordinate promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and special offers with affiliate partners;Ensure affiliate activities comply with Canadian regulatory and advertising requirements;Collaborate with internal technical teams on tracking, API integrations, postbacks, pixels, and attribution.📧 Contact me: valeria.ovsiannikova@aventusgroup.com
