Executive Assistant to the CEO:
- Location: Remote (LATAM preferred).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Time Zone: Eastern Time Zone.

- We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to become the CEO's trusted right hand.
- In this role, you will support daily operations across multiple businesses, manage priorities, coordinate projects, and help keep everything running smoothly while the CEO focuses on growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate operational tasks across multiple business units and ongoing projects.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members via Google Workspace, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
- Oversee case-related workflows and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor livestream funeral services and support virtual event coordination.
- Develop, document, and improve internal processes and operational systems.
- Support team coordination, monitor performance, and help ensure company protocols are followed.
- Maintain spreadsheets, documentation, research, and general administrative support.
Requirements:
- Professional-level English communication, both written and spoken.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and confidence learning new technology.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work full-time during Eastern Time business hours.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Canva or basic graphic design.
- Project management experience.
- Team leadership or people management experience.
- Experience in funeral services, floral, hospitality, or other client-facing industries.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or finance.
- Spanish, Haitian Creole, or French language skills.
