Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale data and analytics initiatives by designing end-to-end technical solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data architecture, cloud analytics platforms, customer consulting, and solution design, with the ability to simplify complex business problems into scalable technical solutions. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, solution governance, and hands-on experience delivering cloud-based analytics solutions within the Retail domain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end enterprise data and analytics solutions aligned with customer business goals.Understand customer business processes, data ecosystems, organizational structure, and technical challenges.Translate complex business requirements into scalable, cloud-based solution architectures.Lead customer workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution presentations.Design scalable data models, integration strategies, and analytics architectures.Leverage enterprise frameworks and best practices to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.Collaborate with onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.Review solution designs, validate data flows, and resolve complex technical challenges.Identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and delivery processes.Delegate responsibilities effectively while mentoring technical teams.Establish repeatable delivery frameworks and scalable architecture practices.Prepare solution documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical recommendations.Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and technical leadership.If anyone is interested then please share your CV to priya.singh@braincranx.com
