Every project you take on will contribute to how businesses tell their stories visually, helping us set the standard for visual content worldwide.About the role:As a Sales Team Lead on this team, you will oversee, motivate, coach, and develop our high-energy team of front-line. A Snappr leader will work to ensure excellent customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and foster a high-performance culture aligned with company goals. By providing guidance, coaching, and development to our team in their daily customer interactions, your impact here will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers to access on-demand photography worldwide.What you'll do:Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met or exceededAnalyze the team's productivity and identify areas for improvementDevelop and execute strategies to improve the team's performanceHandle escalations and resolve our most challenging and complex problemsPrepare regular reports on team performance and key achievements.Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job doneWhat you'll need:Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.A track record of running performance improvement plansProven experience in effectively managing and leading a team.Demonstrated experience in driving and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership skillsGreat spreadsheet skills are an advantageFamiliarity with Outbound Sales is preferred but is not a hard requirementShould be willing to work with creative people.Should be willing to report onsite every day.Should be open to working on a night shift (US).Job benefits:Competitive SalaryTransportation allowance provided20% night differential (if applicable)Health Insurance (Day 1 HMO w/ dependents)Free daily mealsPaid Time OffCompany Equity
