Responsibilities

🚀 About the position: ⚡ We are looking for a professional with experience leading teams, managing and applying technical knowledge to execute data analytics & big data projects. The tech lead is the team's benchmark, guiding them towards continuous improvement and meeting the objectives. For this, experience using various tools, programming languages, infrastructure, and others is the basis for supporting the development team in managing high-impact deliverables. 🚀 Responsibilities: ⚡ Leadership in applying good development practices, integrations, ETL, standardization, and team management. ⚡ Support the team in defining, estimating, and planning tasks/activities for product development ⚡ Lead developer teams from a learning and mentoring perspective. Being a reference for your team. ⚡ Define the team participants that accompany you in the project, aligning the capacities and functions of each collaborator. ⚡ Analyze the reports, documentation, and reports inherent to the project to evaluate the evolution of the project. ⚡ Definition and design of data architecture/data pipeline. ⚡ Develop frameworks for each development component (ETL, orchestration, integrations, among others). 🚀 Requirements: ⚡ Minimum experience of 2 years leading teams from a technical perspective. ⚡ Advanced domain of a programming language. ⚡ AWS expertise.
