Requirements and responsibilities

We’re looking for a Headhunter based in Latin America to help us source and connect with talented professionals across the region. You’ll play a key role in helping our marketing agency find qualified candidates for positions such as Media Buyers, CRO Experts, and Virtual Assistants, as well as other day-to-day operational roles. The ideal candidate already has a strong network in the LATAM market or the tools and experience to find top-tier talent quickly. This role will start on a trial basis, with the potential to grow into a long-term HR and recruiting position within our team.
