As an Operations Analyst, you’ll be in the thick of innovation and excitement:
🔹 Prepare the robots and ensure they work well before and after operations.
🔹 Craft detailed reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
🔹 Design comprehensive launch plans and budgets to get our robot fleets running in weeks.
🔹 Innovate, launch playbooks to fuel our expansion into other cities.
🔹 Drive service adoption with dynamic marketing campaigns.
🔹 Be the operations point of contact for our partners and stakeholders.
🔹 Collaborate with our diverse teams to streamline processes and tactics.
🔹 Own responsibility for all performance KPIs for a best-in-class robot delivery service at your site/s.
Once chosen, you’ll embark on an intensive training program that encompasses:
🔹 Deployment and undeployed processes.
🔹 Campus engagement activities for greater brand visibility.
🔹 Troubleshooting for our robots.
🔹 Ensuring seamless restaurant operations before each cycle.
🔹 Maintaining an updated inventory of our robot fleet.
🔹 Making sure all robots are equipped with the necessary components.
🔹 Rescuing bots when required.
