Requirements: - At least 2 years of management experience in top-tier Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Fast Casual Restaurants (FCR) with drive-thru. - Demonstrable top performance in QSR management, evidenced by quantitative results or awards. - Minimum 5 years of experience in leading any kind of teams, including hiring and talent development. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong skills in analysis, planning, and organization. - An engaged leader who prioritizes people, demonstrates a high sense of urgency, and pays meticulous attention to detail. - High school diploma or equivalent; a college diploma is preferred. - Record of job stability and interest in being part of this team for the mid-long term.
