šŸ”µ ProtopVA Community is excited to present this new job opportunity for a Part-Time to Full-Time Sales Agent For ProtopVA (Philippines). šŸ”µ Schedule and pay rate: ā—½ Schedule: Monday to Friday (Central Time/PH time). ā—½ Hours: 20 hours/week or to be discussed. ā—½ Pay rate: $3 - 5/hour. ā— Rates are dependent on your experience, determined by ProtopVA. šŸ”µ Requirements: ā—½ Experience with sales and lead generation. ā—½ Domain of cold and warm calling, customer engagement and appointment management. ā—½ Social media management and CRM are preferred. šŸ”µ Responsibilities: 1ļøāƒ£ Lead generation & cold calling: • Utilize lead generation techniques to gather potential contacts for our clients. • Initiate cold calls to engage with potential customers and qualify leads. • Gather and document essential information in the CRM system for further follow-up. 2ļøāƒ£ Warm calling & client engagement: • Conduct warm calls to potential leads, providing information about the services offered by our clients. • Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to maintain relationships with existing leads or clients. • Accurately record all interactions and update the CRM with relevant details. 3ļøāƒ£ Follow-up with leads & clients: • Implement and manage "autoresponder" campaigns and follow-up email templates to nurture leads. • Proactively follow up with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, text) until a clear outcome is reached. • Provide immediate follow-up after clients schedule calls or appointments. • Re-engage with leads who missed appointments and assist them in rescheduling. 4ļøāƒ£ Calendar management & appointment setting: • Assist leads in booking appointments with our clients using manual or automated systems like Calendly. • Send calendar invites and ensure all parties have the necessary information. • Maintain up-to-date calendars and pertinent details across relevant software. • Monitor and manage emails related to potential business opportunities in the company's pipeline. 5ļøāƒ£ Social media outreach: • Find ideal contacts/leads/clients and reach out to them via DM (Direct Message) on social media. • Focus the research on the client’s buyer persona (ideal client for the company) through hashtags or other accounts. • Follow the scripts provided, but must also take the initiative to know how to answer. • Have written conversations as naturally as possible, and focus on trying to help keep track of who they’re in touch with and qualify leads into the client’s CRM system. • Reach out privately pretending to be the client, then connect with them, and find out if they need help with anything. • Open up the conversation in an excellent, low-key way (not hard sales at all). • Pre-qualify the person to see if they’re a good fit to work with the client 6ļøāƒ£ Other general sales tasks: • Engage prospects over the phone to convert leads into clients for our clients. • Utilize outbound calling and email communication to coordinate and schedule various business opportunities, effectively managing the sales pipeline. • Track and process emails pertaining to new business deals in the company's pipeline.
