🔵 Responsibilities: ◽ Manage appointment scheduling to ensure efficient time management. ◽ Control data entry and ensure accuracy and organization of information. ◽ Conduct light research as required for various projects or initiatives. ◽ Write and compile weekly client reports, summarizing activities and progress. ◽ Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp, etc. ◽ Communicate with vendors/suppliers to maintain an effective and streamlined workflow. ◽ Assist with additional tasks as necessary to support efficient workflow. ◽ Control document production, ensuring quality and timely delivery. ◽ Manage client files, keeping them organized and up-to-date. ◽ Handle client communications, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism. ◽ Perform calendar management to optimize scheduling and avoid conflicts. ◽ Run database management, ensuring data is organized and easily accessible. ◽ Perform cold calling to generate leads or support sales efforts. ◽ Track deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. ◽ Manage travel booking, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries. ◽ Carry out other duties as assigned to support the team and operations.
