The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Spanish and English, good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work successfully in a team environment. The role involves general business support, handling inquiries from customers, coordinating issue resolution, explaining products/services and billing procedures, and more. The successful candidate will thrive by partnering with carriers, monitoring daily operations, training and supporting junior CSR, and contributing to continuous quality improvements. Responsibilities: - Handle inquiries from external and internal customers - Coordinate resolution of customer issues with internal departments - Explain products/services and billing procedures to customers - Assist customers in completing forms and gathering/recording information - Monitor daily operation of CS team and solve trouble - Train and support junior CSR to work in a productive/ lean/ efficient way - Support to set up SOP to meet the spirit of SPEED and ACCURACY - Check the material validity and price effectiveness in SAP - Generate quotes upon Accounts Managers’ or customers’ requests in SAP - Enter valid orders to initiate product shipment - Work with supply chain to ensure goods arrival, to meet the customer’s required delivery date - Contact with the customer to ensure the valid certificates for chemical goods or DGs - Manage orders to ensure complete and on-time delivery - Create on-time invoices upon delivery or completion of installation - Manage returned and defective products to Logistic Centers and provide credits to customers - Contribute to continuous quality improvements to ensure business compliance - Take ownership of customers’ issues and resolutions - Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction (internal and external)
