As an important part of our team, you will take on responsibilities within an exciting work environment. We will be supporting you to succeed with our mentoring program along with a multitude of trainings. Responsibilities: - Apply expertise on HR processes in the analysis, design, and end-to-end delivery as a trusted consultant in clients’ HR Cloud Implementations - Consult clients comprehensively on the respective Workday Modules and apply business requirements to system solutions - Prepare and conduct pitches, lead client workshops and presentations - Support the RFP/Sales process - Own your area of expertise on a project and deliver it End-to-End - Lead and share knowledge with junior colleagues to help them grow
