We’re looking for a passionate, technically strong professional to join our Academic Program team at Synopsys, helping shape how the next generation of engineers learn and innovate.This role focuses on:Building impactful curriculum and technical contentPartnering with professors, researchers, and student teamsDriving adoption of tools like HFSS, Maxwell, and advanced FEA/EM simulationDelivering workshops, lectures, and hands-on learning experiencesWhat you need to stand out:B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline with 3+ years of experience in electronics engineering, (Graduate degree Preferred)Hands-on experience with Ansys HFSS, Maxwell, or similar EM/FEA toolsExperience in teaching, training, or developing technical educational contentStrong communication and collaboration skills to engage faculty, students, and cross-functional teamsWillingness to travel (~40%) for conferences, campus visits, and training engagementsIf you enjoy combining technical depth with education, relationship-building, and real-world impact, this is a unique opportunity to influence engineering education globally.
