Responsibilities

• Define the entire QA process to launch new services both internally and to our clients • Own the decision making strategy to accept/reject new deploys once tests have been performed • Lead and implement the testing roadmap to optimize the automation of our testing capabilities • Work together with the product managers to define the testing scripts for each user story • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases • Design, and coordinate the development and execution automation scripts • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs • Liaise with internal teams (engineering and product) to identify system requirements • Monitor debugging process results • Define and track quality assurance metrics • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
