ABOUT THE ROLE:
I am looking for a highly proactive Personal Brand Content Operator to help build and grow my personal brand through video content, storytelling, and social media distribution.
This is not a traditional “social media manager” role.
This position is focused on helping document, organize, edit, distribute, and grow real-world business content tied to leadership, commercial roofing, entrepreneurship, systems, and faith-driven execution.
The goal is not vanity content.
The goal is building authority, trust, and long-term brand positioning through consistent, high-quality content.
You will work directly with me to help turn real business conversations, field experiences, travel, inspections, leadership lessons, and educational insights into content across multiple platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Video Editing & Content Repurposing:
- Edit short-form video clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Pull highlights from longer videos and conversations.
- Add captions, pacing, transitions, and basic branding.
- Organize raw footage and maintain content folders.
Social Media Support:
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Help write captions and organize hashtags.
- Repurpose one piece of content into multiple formats.
- Assist with content planning and posting schedules.
- Track top-performing content and engagement patterns.
Content Organization:
- Maintain organized Google Drive folders and content libraries.
- Help manage video files, thumbnails, titles, and uploads.
- Create systems that improve consistency and speed.
- Help identify strong moments, clips, or stories worth posting.
Creative & Strategic Support:
- Help identify trends or content opportunities.
- Bring new ideas for improving content quality and reach.
- Assist in growing audience attention and long-term brand authority.
- Think like an operator, not just an editor.

- Able to take initiative without constant supervision.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Video editing for short-form content.
- CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva, or similar tools.
- Social media posting and scheduling.
- YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, or LinkedIn content.
- Thumbnail creation is a plus.
- Basic understanding of storytelling and audience attention.

COMPENSATION:
Starting budget: Approximately $300/month depending on experience, skill level, and availability.
