Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and ship production-grade machine learning systems used by real customers. This is a high-ownership role where you will drive architecture decisions and shape ML strategy from end to end. Responsibilities: - Production ML systems (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendations, LLMs). - Fine-tuning LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows. - Model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps. - Data pipelines, feature stores, and training infrastructure. - APIs, scalable inference systems, and cloud platforms. - Mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction. Requirements: - 7+ years of software engineering experience. - 5+ years of production AI/ML experience. - Strong Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow. - Experience with LLMs, CV, NLP, or recommendation systems. - MLOps tools: MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI. - AWS / GCP / Azure + Docker & Kubernetes. - Strong communication skills. Nice to Have: - Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector). - Open-source contributions or research. - Kafka/Flink or real-time ML systems. - Edge/on-device ML experience.
