Requirements and responsibilities

Must-Have Requirements: - Currently working at L3 level. - 7+ years in customer-facing consulting / system integrator role. - 7+ years hands-on with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM (Console, Device Services, API, ACC, Database). - Deep expertise in the 5 UEM Pillars – MDM, MAM, Security & Compliance, IAM & Reporting. - Strong experience with AirWatch Cloud Connector (ACC) architecture & integrations. - Integration experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity. - Solid knowledge of PKI, SCEP, Certificate-based authentication, DNS, DHCP & Active Directory. - Minimum 2 years job stability in current organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design & implement end-to-end Workspace ONE UEM architecture (Multi-region & High Availability). - Lead complex migrations (Intune → Workspace ONE, legacy MDM). - Architect Zero Trust frameworks with Workspace ONE Access & Conditional Access. - Deep troubleshooting of device enrollment, app deployment, identity integrations & certificate issues. - Implement Workspace ONE Tunnel, Content Gateway, SEG & advanced SSO/Federation. - Drive automation using REST APIs, PowerShell & scripting. - Manage large-scale mobile device fleets (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows).
