We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer & Graphic Designer with strong experience in Framer and a passion for creating visually stunning, user-friendly digital experiences.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience using Framer to design and build websites.
Minimum 2 years of experience using Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Strong experience in Web Design and Graphic Design.
Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to design responsive, conversion-focused websites.
Highly organized with strong project and time management skills.
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Real Estate industry.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Experience with UI/UX design, wireframing, user flows, and user-centered design principles.
Understanding of conversion optimization and landing page design.
Experience working with marketing, branding, or growth teams.
Responsibilities
Design and build modern, responsive websites using Framer.
Create graphic assets and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business goals into effective visual solutions.
Ensure consistency across websites, digital assets, and branding materials.
Optimize website layouts and user experiences to improve engagement and conversions.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining organized workflows and meeting deadlines.

Ideal Candidate
A highly organized and proactive designer who combines creativity with strategic thinking. This person has a strong visual sense, understands modern web design trends, communicates effectively in both English and Spanish, and can independently manage projects from concept to launch.
