What You'll DoPerform MBIST insertion for complex SoC designs using Synopsys SMS.Integrate and verify MBIST at the SoC top level.Develop, execute, and debug MBIST simulations using Synopsys VCS.Work on RTL, no-delay gate-level, and with-delay/SDF simulations.Generate and validate MBIST test patterns using Vecgen.Debug RTL, simulation, and MBIST integration issues.Support silicon bring-up, characterization, and post-silicon debug.Collaborate with DFT, RTL, Physical Design, and Product Engineering teams.What We're Looking For8+ years of hands-on DFT experience, with significant MBIST expertise.Strong experience with Synopsys MBIST (SMS), preferably SMS5/SMS6.Proficiency in Synopsys VCS.Strong understanding of MBIST insertion, integration, verification, pattern generation, diagnostics, simulation, and debug.Knowledge of March algorithms, BIRA/BISR, and memory repair schemes.Experience with complex SoC designs containing multiple memory instances.Strong Verilog/SystemVerilog and DFT methodology knowledge.Excellent debugging and root-cause analysis skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Valid US work authorization/visa required.
