If you are proactive, organized, and confident reaching out to new people, we want to hear from you.What you will be doing:Reach out to existing and prospective leads through email, LinkedIn, social media, and other assigned channelsGenerate new business leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach strategiesQualify and validate leads to make sure they align with our ideal client profile and service offeringsPresent and promote HorizonOne Philippines services including Staffing, Academy, and Consultancy to prospective clientsMaintain an accurate and up-to-date lead pipeline and outreach log in the CRMFollow up on warm and cold leads consistently and professionally until a decision is reachedSchedule discovery calls or meetings between interested prospects and the HorizonOne teamReport on outreach activity, lead status, and conversion metrics on a regular basisCoordinate on messaging, scripts, and outreach materials to ensure brand consistencyEscalate high-value opportunities or sensitive client interactions as neededComply with all internal policies, brand guidelines, and professional standards in all client-facing communicationsWhat we are looking for:Someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach and does not shy away from cold conversationsStrong written and verbal English communication skillsOrganized and detail-oriented, able to manage a pipeline without dropping the ballSelf-starter who can work independently and stay on top of follow-upsPrior experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or client outreach is a plusRole details: Location: Remote (Work from Home) Employment: Independent Contractor under HorizonOne Philippines
