What You’ll Be Doing: - Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle inbound leads, live chats, and make prompt follow-up calls to past quotes or warm leads. - Handle Tough Objections: Expertly navigate pushbacks like "I need to ask my spouse," "That's too expensive," or "I'm just shopping around." - Close Recurring Contracts: Pitch value so effectively that clients book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleans instead of one-time jobs. - Manage Schedule & CRM: Input client details and lock in bookings using our software (e.g., Jobber, GHL and Responsibid). What I am Looking For: - Proven Objection-Handling Skills: You know how to isolate objections, sell convenience over price, and secure a commitment on the spot. - US Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in high-volume phone sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing for US clients. - Neutral US Accent: Exceptional spoken English with high vocal energy and active listening skills. - Long-Term Mindset: I am looking for a reliable team member to grow with us for years, not a short-term freelancer. - Tech Setup: Has Strong internet, Headset and back up for power interruptions.
