About Zagalabs:

Launch, innovate and optimize your digital projects at light speed. Zaga offers a new approach to the benefits of nearshore development (matching time zones) without the traditional hassles associated with outsourced teams. Either through staff augmentation or dedicated teams, we can help you to... – Fill in open tech positions. – Unclog backlogs. – Increase development velocity. – Expand development capacity. – Access hard-to-find tech talent. – Enrich and clarify requirements and user stories. – Fulfill short-term development needs. Entrust end-to-end tech projects. Within a typical 3 to 5 week period, we work with you to find and staff the right Web/Platform Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and/or QA Engineers for your product teams.

mission:

At Zaga we believe in connecting the right people with their ideal job. Our whole process is centered around the person who will be venturing on this new journey that’s why since we began our operations Zaga has been fully remote and has strived to be flexible with the working hours so that our collaborators can live a rewarding life. For the last 10 years, we have been changing how people think about nearshoring making it safer, easier, and more reliable to outsource development work. We partner with tech companies to build high-impact digital products and platforms. Zaga is committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for everyone. We strongly believe that diversity is how to achieve our mission and grow our business.
