Requirements and responsibilities

• This is a rare opportunity to lead a team of talented engineers who are building the next-generation solution to shorten the agro supply chain in LatAm. In this leadership role you will be tasked with mentoring, developing and growing a team of software engineers that will design and build highly reliable experiences that are used by millions of people on a daily basis. • Engineering culture does not improve just by chance here: we need to develop platforms and infrastructure teams focused on improving developer tooling and velocity, as well as system reliability. By testing ideas, challenging your team and yourself, you will drive and execute ideas to make our products come to life. Our product culture is heavily data driven, people and teams are encouraged to bring ideas and challenge existing ones using data as a shared language. No two days will be the same in this challenging role, so your ability to be flexible in your work approach and deal with shifting priorities will be key to your success. • You will be empowered to achieve results, and encouraged to be autonomous. But don't worry - you won't be going on this journey alone! A team with experience in high growth startups, will be with you taking decisions.
