As the strategic partner to our Visionary CEO, you will take complete ownership of a business unit, its P&L, its people, and its processes. We have high-stakes missions available. What You'll Do You will be the executive accountable for the day-to-day results of an entire business unit. Opportunity: The Growth-First COO (Dating Business) Your mission is to transform a stable business back into a high-growth engine. Take full P&L and growth ownership of the dating platform. Revolutionize a marketing strategy that requires growth and vision. Bring on major marketing partners, affiliates, and influencers capable of delivering new leads. Build, hire, and manage a new India-based sales team (Director, leaders, and agents) from the ground up, providing a vision that aligns with our revenue goals. Re-engineer the sales process to be scalable, efficient, and effective. Act as the primary "analytical engine" for the business, using data to validate processes and drive profitability.
