Requirements and responsibilities


Agency Sales & Relationship Management • Own and grow relationships with media agencies (holding companies and independents) • Prospect and onboard new agency partners across performance, branding, and CTV budgets • Act as a trusted programmatic advisor to planners, buyers, and strategy teams • Develop long-term agency partnerships, not one-off buys Revenue & Deal Growth • Drive agency revenue across: • CTV (including live sports, FAST, AVOD) • Premium web and in-app display/video • Curated PMPs and audience extension deals • Pitch and close: • Managed service campaigns • Curated/private marketplace deals • Test-and-learn budgets that scale into always-on spend • Hit quarterly and annual revenue targets Go-to-Market & Pitching • Lead agency pitches and capability presentations • Translate PGAM’s value proposition into agency-friendly language • Work with internal teams to create: • Custom deal packages • Vertical-specific or audience-based PMPs • Sports, CTV, and performance-driven offerings • Provide feedback to leadership on agency needs, pricing expectations, and market trends Internal Collaboration • Partner with ops, trading, and account management to ensure: • Smooth campaign launches • Strong performance and optimization • Renewals and upsell opportunities • Help shape new products and offerings based on agency demand Ideal Candidate Profile Experience • 5–10+ years selling digital or programmatic media to agencies • Proven track record closing agency deals (CTV experience strongly preferred) • Existing relationships with agency planners, buyers, or directors • Experience selling managed service, PMPs, or curated programmatic deals Skills & Traits • Strong understanding of programmatic, CTV, and agency buying workflows • Comfortable discussing CPMs, performance metrics, and campaign structure • Confident presenter who can hold their own in agency meetings • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building from scratch • Organized, proactive, and commercially driven Nice to Have • Experience selling sports, live events, or premium video • Familiarity with major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, etc.) • Background at a publisher, SSP, DSP, or programmatic reseller Compensation • Competitive base salary • Aggressive commission structure tied directly to agency revenue • Upside for high performers (uncapped commissions) • Opportunity to grow into a senior leadership role as agency revenue scales Why Join PGAM • Direct access to premium and differentiated supply • Ability to sell real solutions, not commoditized inventory • Small, agile team with fast decision-making • Clear runway to build and own agency revenue at scale
