Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities - Support in the preparation and organization of documentation related to property acquisitions, sales, and refinancing. - Follow-up on property-related payments and provide administrative support for their management. - Assist with the administration and tracking of property insurance policies. - Coordinate with brokers, lenders, insurance agents, and other vendors. - Manage calendars, emails, and coordinate meetings. - Prepare reports, files, and administrative documentation. - Support in resolving operational matters, providing timely follow-up and proposing practical solutions. - Handle information responsibly and confidentially. Required Profile - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant. - Languages: Advanced Spanish and English. - Residence in Mexico. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and task follow-up. - Ability to prioritize activities and resolve situations in a practical manner. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work remotely from any location.
