Our focus is on helping students improve their grades, build confidence, and achieve long-term academic success. INITIAL RECRUITING PROCESS 1. Apply through Torre, completing all the screening questions. 2. Specialized Human Decision: We will check your application and give feedback before 48h. 3. If you are a match, we will send your information to the Hiring Manager. 4. The Hiring manager will reach out to you to have an interview. 5. You will receive feedback from him in the next 3-5 days. THE POSITION Mission: To provide high-quality, personalized academic support to U.S. students through international tutors, focusing on grade improvement, confidence building, and long-term academic success through affordable and flexible online education. Strategic Anchor: Academic excellence and student engagement through personalized one-on-one online instruction for K-12 students. Success Definition: The successful tutor will deliver consistent academic results, improve student confidence, and maintain high engagement levels during one-on-one sessions while adhering to flexible scheduling requirements. ⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing - Teaching Math, English, and Science to elementary, middle, and high school students. - Conducting one-on-one online sessions. - Engaging students in learning and tracking academic progress. - Managing flexible tutoring schedules. - Delivering personalized academic support to ensure student success. 🦺 What We’re Looking For - Subject matter expertise in Math, English, or Science. - Strong pedagogical knowledge and virtual classroom management skills. - A student-centric approach: patient, encouraging, and adaptable to different learning styles. - Reliability and a results-oriented mindset. - Ability to engage students effectively in a one-on-one virtual environment. - Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus. 💡 What We Offer - Compensation: $7 USD/hour. - Contract Type: Contractor / Freelance. - Location: Fully Remote (International). - Flexibility: Manage your own tutoring schedule. - Schedule: Classes go from 4:00pm EST/CST/PST to 10:00pm EST/CST/PST, and you can be placed in those time frames at any time, according to the student. - Impact: Help U.S. students achieve their academic goals. 🧰 What You’ll Need - Location: Remote (LATAM) - Availability: Immediate (You can start with 5-10 hours and go up incremetaly to 20-30 hours/week). - Internet connection: Stable. - Languages: English: Native or fully fluent.
