Join The BI Collaborative as a Business Analyst!The BI Collaborative is growing, and we're looking for Business Analysts to join our team!If you're analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive better decisions, this is an exciting opportunity to launch or grow your career in business intelligence, SaaS implementation, and help the human services industry.In this role, you'll:Partner with clients to understand their reporting and analytics needs.Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.Validate data and support successful platform implementations.Collaborate with our implementation, BI development, and data engineering teams.Help mission-driven human service providers improve operations and outcomes through data.We're looking for candidates with strong analytical and communication skills who are eager to learn. Experience with Power BI, SQL, EHR/EMR, HRIS, payroll, billing, and financial is a plus—but not required.If you're ready to make an impact by helping organizations turn data into better decisions, we'd love to hear from you!
