Manage end-to-end trade and shipment operations . Coordinate with buyers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and clearing agents . Prepare and verify shipping and trade documentation . Monitor vessel schedules, loading, delivery, and shipment status . Coordinate import/export documentation and customs requirements . Follow up on invoices, payments, and operational documentation .
