We’re innovating in the fast-paced world of live auctions in categories including sports, fashion, video games, and streetwear. We are searching for a Workplace Experience Manager to join our team in NYC. This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of our SoHo office, as well as collaborating with our Global Workplace Experience Managers to coordinate how Whatnauts thoughtfully come together. Responsibilities: - Partner with our Executive Business Partners & Workplace Experience Managers to organize and execute our annual Whatnot offsite - Own planning and facilitating monthly office events and outings for our NYC crew - Collaborate with and support city leads with planning their monthly gatherings - Coordinate with Executive Business Partners and department leads for departmental on-sites, lead efforts to ensure preparation for and execution of on-sites exceed expectations - Plan and organize weekly No Meeting Wednesday breakfasts for the NYC team - Own all logistics for our NYC office exercising independent judgment and discretion, to include: front desk operations, visitor management, office layout and logistics, receipt of packages and deliveries, coordinating and managing office repairs, being the main point of contact with our building management, monitoring and managing the LA office slack channel are all managed, completed and/or resolved according to the high standards Whatnot expects from its Managers.
