Influencer Marketing Assistant / Junior Specialist (Beauty Industry – Remote, Mexico) Overview We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our campaigns in the beauty industry. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about social media, loves connecting with creators, and wants to grow a career in influencer and digital marketing. You’ll help identify influencers, track campaign performance, and assist with day-to-day coordination between teams and partners. Key Responsibilities *Assist in researching and pre-selecting influencers based on campaign briefs and brand guidelines. *Support in monitoring influencer content and collecting performance metrics (engagement, reach, mentions). *Help manage influencer databases and maintain updated contact lists. *Coordinate logistics such as product shipments, content deadlines, and reporting. *Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on campaign briefs and post-campaign reports. Qualifications *Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. * 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media coordination (internship or entry-level role). *Basic knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (Instagram, TikTok, *YouTube, Meta Business Suite, or similar). *Intermediate English level (B1–B2) — comfortable reading and writing emails or reports. *Passion for beauty, digital culture, and social media trends. What We Offer *100% remote (Mexico only). *Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). *U.S. holidays. *3 paid sick days per year. *Opportunity to grow into an Influencer Marketing Specialist role based on performance.
