We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to lead and run the day-to-day operations, team, and performance of one of our Deliveroo HOP sites in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to lead a team, maintain operational KPI targets, and ensure high standards of food safety. This role requires fluency in English and Cantonese, and the willingness to work night shifts and weekends. Responsibilities: - Lead and run the day-to-day operations, team, and performance of one of our Deliveroo HOP sites - Meet and maintain operational KPI targets - Maintain good relations with external parties such as suppliers, landlords, contractors, etc. - Maintain the correct policies and procedures to ensure high standards and food safety are met - Improve site efficiency and reduce site operational costs - Liaise with counterparts in Commercial, Account Management, and Rider Operations teams to improve overall operational performance
