You write clean, maintainable, production-grade codeDeep UX/UI development skills: You've built polished, responsive interfaces and care about the details that separate good from great. Experience working directly with designers and translating Figma/Sketch to pixel-perfect codeAI-first development mindset: You actively use AI coding assistants (Claude, v0, Lovable, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) in your daily workflow and can articulate how AI changes front-end development. Not theoretical — you're already doing thisHands-on experience with headless CMS platforms: Particularly Sanity or similar (Contentful). You understand content modeling, structured content, and how a headless CMS powers a modern marketing siteExperience in a B2B SaaS environment: You understand marketing sites, conversion funnels, lead generation, and the difference between product UI and growth-focused web experiencesCross-functional collaboration experience: You've worked embedded with marketing teams (web, SEO/AEO, creative) or product teams and know how to operate in that rhythm. Comfortable with competing priorities and fast-changing requirementsStrong sense of ownership: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen, flag tradeoffs, and ship.
