Sr. Systems and Operations SpecialistMISMO is looking for a Sr. Systems and Operations Specialist to help us optimize the systems, processes, reporting, and technology that keep our organization moving forward.In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for business systems and operational platformsImprove workflows and processes to increase efficiency and scalabilityIdentify opportunities for automation and leverage emerging AI technologiesDevelop reports, dashboards, workflows, and documentationSupport strategic programs and cross-functional initiativesWork directly with staff, leadership, vendors, and external stakeholders to solve operational challengesHelp shape how MISMO uses technology and business processes to work smarterWe’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, solutions-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership—someone who sees a process and naturally thinks, “There has to be a better way to do this.”💼 3–5 years of experience in business systems administration, operations, reporting, program coordination, process improvement, or a related field.Please note: This position is fully remote (eastern time). There is also a requirement to travel a minimum of 3 times a year.
